Vice Principal

Vicky joined the Academy’s leadership team in April 2009, having worked for five years as a consultant member of senior leadership teams in schools in special measures. She has a strong background in school improvement, particularly the achievement of consistently high quality teaching and learning in the classroom.

Prior to that, Vicky was Deputy Headteacher at Broomfield School, a highly successful secondary in North London.
