John Stewart
Vice principal
Already on our Academy staff is John Stewart, currently head of St Mary Magdalene Primary School. John has been appointed as one of our two vice principals, and will lead the junior section of the Academy from Reception to Year 8.
Under his leadership, St Mary Magdalene Primary School has become one of the highest achieving primary schools in London – and in 2005, Islington's top-scoring school for Key Stage 2 results.
