Paul joined the Academy after eight years leading Raines Foundation School in Tower Hamlets, another church school in the inner city. At Raines, Paul oversaw consistent improvements in standards, with results improving in every single year of his headship.

“I put the success down to the outstanding quality of teaching,” says Paul. He brings the same emphasis to St Mary Magdalene Academy.
